Micro-lot · BrazilFrom the slopes of Caparao, in the shadow of Pico da Bandeira, a natural coffee with intense fruit — that crossed the Atlantic under sail. Mirim is a micro-lot with both taste and meaning.
Caparao, high-altitude Brazil
On the borders of Minas Gerais and Espírito Santo, the Caparao region unfolds steep mountains around the Pico da Bandeira national park. Its high-altitude microclimates allow natural coffees of rare clarity, with more intense fruit and brighter acidity than classic Brazilian profiles. Here, coffee is a matter of family farms, aware that they cultivate one of the country's natural treasures.
A coffee with meaning
The Mirim project — “small” in Tupi — brings value to the smaller-sized beans from the same exceptional harvests. Long set aside on the sole criterion of size, these screen 14 and 15 beans offer a remarkable cup quality, and valuing them allows producers to earn a better living from their entire harvest.
The icing on the bean: this lot reached France aboard a cargo sailing ship, for a carbon-free transatlantic journey.

Our commitment
Each bag is roasted by hand in Provence, in the South of France, then packaged with a degassing valve to preserve the full range of aromas. This coffee also crossed the Atlantic aboard a cargo sailing ship: a carbon-free transport, true to our attachment to the sea. We dispatch within a few days of roasting for optimal freshness.
