The founder

Essabri Coffee was born of a simple obsession: to find in a single cup the elegance of a cosmopolitan way of life.

Kévin Essabri works as a private chef in the service of great houses, between Monaco, Istanbul and Paris. A life lived close to rare products, to the precise gesture, to the quiet satisfaction of a detail perfectly executed.

Coffee accompanies every moment — at the end of service, early in the morning, on terraces at sunrise. It was while searching for a coffee worthy of this daily standard that the idea took shape. Not a generic coffee. Not an industrial coffee. A coffee that tells a story.

A brand like a signature

Essabri Coffee is not a brand built around a logo. It is a promise: that of a rigorous selection, an artisanal roast and a visual world nourished by a cosmopolitan way of life — from Monaco to Istanbul, from Paris to terraces at sunset, the discreet elegance of contemporary luxury.

Each bag is designed as an object, each arrival chosen like a fine vintage. Nothing is left to chance, because coffee — when treated with respect — deserves the same attention as a great wine.

The selection

An ever-changing selection of rare micro-lots, chosen with care from our French partners, roasted by hand in Provence.

An obsession with quality

All our coffees are selected with rigour from French partners specialising in the sourcing of exceptional coffees. Each lot is traced from producer to cup — origin, farm, variety, process, altitude. Nothing is anonymous.

We favour micro-lots: limited volumes, from identified farms, that express a precise terroir. From Latin America and East Africa, each origin is chosen for its aromatic singularity.

A selection that changes with the seasons

Coffee is a living product. The best harvests last only a while, and exceptional lots run out. That is why our selection is constantly evolving: when a coffee nears the end of its stock, a new one takes its place.

This approach guarantees two things: a constant freshness, and the renewed pleasure of discovery with each arrival. You never drink the same coffee twice — you explore a world.

Our Signature Blend

Alongside this rotation, a permanent blend: the Essabri Signature Blend. Four origins — Brazil · Papua New Guinea · Colombia · Guatemala — balanced to reveal roundness, chocolate and a silky finish. The everyday coffee, with no compromise on quality.
