Our commitment

Each bag is roasted by hand in Provence, in the South of France, then packaged with a degassing valve to preserve the full range of aromas. We dispatch within a few days of roasting to guarantee optimal freshness right up to your first cup.

Explore its finesse with a gentle method (V60 or Chemex) to let the altitude speak.
As espresso, it gains in intensity and length.

Nicaragua

A single farm, two generations

A family estate of 215 hectares passed down for over 60 years, Buenos Aires is today managed by Olman Valladarez, a second generation producer. The family owns its own washing and drying stations, ensuring total control of the process from cherry to export, which guarantees the traceability of every lot.
This high standard has paid off. The farm has distinguished itself multiple times at the Cup of Excellence, including several first place wins, establishing Buenos Aires as one of the signature estates of Nicaragua.

High elevation terroir

Dipilto

Planted between 1200 and 1700 meters in sandy soils, the coffee trees flourish under dense shade provided largely by native trees. This microclimate of the Dipilto mountain range, in the region of Nueva Segovia, has earned the terroir an official appellation of origin and an international reputation.
