Our commitment
Each bag is roasted by hand in Provence, in the South of France, then packaged with a degassing valve to preserve the full range of aromas. This coffee also crossed the Atlantic aboard a cargo sailing ship: a carbon-free transport, true to our attachment to the sea. We dispatch within a few days of roasting for optimal freshness.

COLOMBIA
The beating heart of Huila
Huila is one of the most celebrated regions in Colombia. Its coffees consistently top the Cup of Excellence podiums, and the terroir of Pitalito is its epicenter. Here, the vast majority of producers cultivate small plots of one to five hectares, where altitude soils and climate compose cups of remarkable complexity.
This lot stems from a quality program supporting these producers over the long term, offering fair pay, training, and the preservation of natural resources.
Why
Limon ?
A lively citrus brightness of lemon, lime, and grapefruit meets the rich gourmand notes of caramel and brown sugar, the sweetness of honey, and a delicate touch of spice. A textbook washed coffee, precise and luminous. Like our Brazilian Mirim, this coffee reached the Mediterranean after a voyage by sail.
