Shipping policy

This shipping policy supplements our Terms of Sale and sets out the delivery terms for orders placed on essabricoffee.com.
1. Preparation and dispatch
At Essabri Coffee, freshness is an absolute priority. Each order is prepared and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days of payment confirmation, to ensure your coffee arrives at its aromatic peak.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed from the next business day.
A shipping confirmation e-mail containing a tracking number is automatically sent to the Customer as soon as the parcel is handed over to the carrier.
2. Delivery zones and carriers

The times indicated run from the dispatch of the parcel, not from the order date. They are provided for guidance by the carriers and do not engage the liability of Essabri Coffee, in particular in the event of exceptional circumstances (strikes, severe weather, force majeure).
3. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on:
- the total weight of the parcel
- the destination zone
- the delivery method chosen by the Customer
The exact amount is displayed before final validation of the order, in the cart summary.
4. Order tracking
As soon as your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail allowing you to follow your delivery in real time on the relevant carrier's website.
You can also find your order history and status in your customer account on essabricoffee.com.
5. Delivery address
It is the Customer's responsibility to provide an accurate, complete and accessible delivery address. Essabri Coffee cannot be held liable for impossible or delayed delivery due to an incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible address.
If the Customer is absent when the carrier calls, they are invited to follow the instructions left by the carrier (delivery notice, collection from a post office or pickup point).
6. Unclaimed parcels or parcels returned to sender
If a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection within the carrier's time limits, an incorrect address or refusal of delivery, Essabri Coffee reserves the right to:
- re-invoice the Customer for the cost of a new shipment, or
- refund the price of the products, excluding the initial shipping costs, which remain due.
7. Parcel damaged on receipt
If the parcel is visibly damaged on delivery, the Customer must:
- express precise and detailed reservations with the carrier (refusing the parcel if necessary)
- contact us within 48 hours at contact@essabricoffee.com, attaching photographs of the parcel and its contents.
We will then replace or refund the products concerned, in accordance with our return policy.
8. Lost parcels
A parcel is considered lost after:
- 15 business days with no tracking update for mainland France
- 21 business days for the European Union
- 30 business days for the rest of the world
After these periods, contact us at contact@essabricoffee.com. An investigation will be opened with the carrier. If the loss is confirmed, Essabri Coffee will issue a full refund or reship the order, at the Customer's choice.
9. Deliveries outside the European Union — customs and taxes
For orders delivered outside the European Union, the Customer is solely responsible for paying any customs duties, local taxes and import charges due in the destination country. These charges are not included in the order price or in the shipping costs displayed on the Site.
Before placing an order, the Customer is invited to check with the customs authorities of their country. Refusal to pay customs duties on receipt or refusal of the parcel does not entitle the Customer to a refund of the initial shipping costs.
10. Force majeure
Essabri Coffee cannot be held liable for a delay or non-delivery resulting from force majeure as defined in Article 1218 of the French Civil Code: carrier strikes, exceptional weather conditions, armed conflict, epidemic, blockage of transport routes, or any other event beyond its reasonable control.
