The founder

Essabri Coffee was born from a simple obsession: to find the elegance of a Mediterranean lifestyle in a cup.

Before Essabri Coffee, there were years spent in private kitchens, cooking for the most discerning tables between Saint-Tropez, Porquerolles, Monaco, and the French Riviera. A career closely tied to rare products, precise gestures, and the quiet satisfaction of a perfectly executed detail.

Coffee was always there — at the end of service, in the early morning, on terraces at sunrise. But it was in seeking a coffee that matched this daily standard that the idea took shape. Not a generic coffee. Not an industrial coffee. A coffee that tells a story.

A brand like a signature

Essabri Coffee is not a brand built around a logo. It is a promise: that of a rigorous selection, artisan roasting, and a visual universe directly inspired by the light of the South — Saint-Tropez, Porquerolles, sunset terraces, the discreet elegance of Mediterranean luxury.

Each bag is designed as an object, each arrival chosen like a grand cru. Nothing is left to chance, because coffee — when treated with respect — deserves the same attention as a fine wine.

The Selection

A constantly evolving selection of rare micro-lots, carefully chosen from our French partners, artisanally roasted in Provence.

The obsession with quality

All our coffees are rigorously selected from specialized French partners who source exceptional coffees. Each lot is traced from producer to cup — origin, farm, variety, process, altitude. Nothing is anonymous.

We prioritize micro-lots: limited volumes from identified farms that express a precise terroir. Rwanda, Colombia, Guatemala, Ethiopia, Costa Rica — each origin is chosen for its aromatic uniqueness.

A selection that changes with the seasons

Coffee is a living product. The best harvests only last for a time, and exceptional lots run out. This is why our selection is constantly evolving: when one coffee runs out of stock, a new one takes its place.

This approach guarantees two things: permanent freshness, and the renewed pleasure of discovery with each arrival. You never drink the same coffee twice — you explore a world.

Our Signature Blend

Alongside this rotation, a permanent blend: the Essabri Signature Blend. A trio of Colombia · Brazil · Papua New Guinea, balanced to reveal roundness, dark chocolate, and a silky finish. Everyday coffee, without compromising on quality.
